Population characteristics play an important role in economical policy making and strategic planning of the country. Population can influence economy through supplying skilled and professional human resources as major input in economic sectors. On the other hand, economic and employment conditions of the country have important role in youth’s decision making with regard to marriage and childbearing.  Numerous studies have investigated the effect of employment and economical conditions on fertility or the effect of population age structure on economic characteristics, independently.  However, researches about simultaneous effects of these factors and interactions between these sectors within a single holistic model are scarce. In this paper, it is aimed to assess the reciprocal interaction between population variables (such as age structure, marriage, fertility), and economic factors (such as employment and occupational security, gross domestic income and welfare) using a systemic perspective and system dynamics approach. Precise and in-depth understanding of interactions between system components will assist managers to distinguish the structural causes of social-economic system behaviors, and also gain a better perspective towards challenges ahead. Obviously, using these results, planners and policy makers would be able to consider various aspects of decisions in comprehensive planning and policy makings in the country in order to achieve optimum efficiency in resource allocation.}, keywords = {population,Age structure,employment,Economy,system dynamics}, title_fa = {جمعیت و اشتغال در ایران: دیدگاه سیستمی}, abstract_fa = {حجم، ساختار و نرخ رشد جمعیت و شرایط اقتصادی-اجتماعی، روابطی متقابل و درهم تنیده دارند، و نقش مهمی در سیاست‌گذاری‌های اقتصادی و برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان کشور ایفا می‌کنند. یکی از راه‌های تأثیرگذاری جمعیت بر اقتصاد، تأمین نیروی انسانی ماهر و متخصص بعنوان مهمترین نهاده بخش‌های اقتصادی است. از دیگر سو، وضعیت اقتصادی و اشتغال در کشور نیز نقش مهمی در تصمیم‌گیری‌های جوانان بویژه در امور ازدواج و فرزندآوری ایفا می‌کنند. مطالعات بسیاری بطور جداگانه اثر بازار کار و اشتغال بر باروری، و یا تأثیر ساختار سنی جمعیت بر پارامترهای اقتصادی را سنجیده‌اند. با این حال، کمتر مطالعه‌ای اثر همزمان این دو عامل، روابط متقابل را در مدلی واحد گنجانده و مورد بررسی قرار داده است.در این مقاله سعی می‌شود تا با نگاه سیستمی و کل نگر و استفاده از روش پویایی‌شناسی سیستم‌ها، روابط متقابل متغیرهای جمعیتی از جمله ساختار سنی، ازدواج و باروری با متغیرهای اقتصادی مانند نسبت اشتغال و امنیت شغلی، درآمد سرانه داخلی و رفاه، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. شناخت دقیق روابط متقابل بین مؤلفه‌های سیستم به مدیران کمک می‌کند تا بتوانند علل ساختاری رفتار سیستم اقتصادی- اجتماعی را بشناسند و درک بهتری از چالش‌های پیش رو داشته باشند. بدیهی است برنامه‌ریزان و سیاستگذاران می‌توانند با شناخت حاصل از این روش در برنامه‌ریزی‌های جامع و سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان کشور جنبه‌های مختلف تصمیمات اتخاذ شده را مدنظر قرار دهند تا حداکثر اثربخشی را در تخصیص منابع کسب کنند.}, keywords_fa = {جمعیت,ساختار سنی,اشتغال,اقتصاد,پویایی سیستم}, url = {https://jips.nipr.ac.ir/article_89578.html}, eprint = {https://jips.nipr.ac.ir/article_89578_39bb15c0143889638ab84c13c8b6adc0.pdf} }
